Lucknow: UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed Bareilly and Devipatan Mandal on Wednesday. One by one MPs and MLAs from Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Badaun, Gonda, Shravasti, Bahraich and Balrampur districts came to their constituencies. Took information about the development plans of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in a special meeting on Wednesday, discussed the arrangements made for the safety of the general public as well as agriculture and cattle in the midst of the cold wave, in the ongoing series of investigations of development projects being conducted in the interest of the state with MPs and MLAs. The Chief Minister said that by imbibing the Prime Minister’s ‘Trade, Technology and Tourism’ mantra, Uttar Pradesh is climbing new steps of prosperity. There is a lot of potential in the districts including Bareilly, Badaun, Pilibhit and Shahjahanpur. There is sufficient land bank in every district of Devipatan division. There is a huge potential for eco-tourism. As a public representative, you are the brand ambassador of your area. You will have to make a concerted effort to introduce these qualities to the country and the world.

He said that Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit is being organized on 10-12 February. Before the summit, our action plan to invite investors from all over the world to invest in Uttar Pradesh has met with promising success. Road shows in 16 countries have paved the way for investment of more than Rs 7 lakh 12 thousand crore.

After the success of the road shows abroad, now road shows are being organized in the major metropolitan cities of the country to invite the industry. GIS-2023 is going to be historic. Extensive investment will create a large number of employment opportunities, which will directly benefit our youth.

Yogi said that taking inspiration from foreign and domestic investor road shows, several districts organized investor conferences at the district level and received investment proposals worth thousands of crores. Similar efforts should also be made in Bareilly and Devipatan divisions.

He said that the MLAs under the leadership of the MP should take command, take cooperation from the District Administration, Industrial Infrastructure Department, Invest UP and the Chief Minister’s Office for organizing the District Investors Conference. Make dialogue-contact with entrepreneurs, businessmen, migrant people of your area. Inform them about the industrial policies, sectoral policies of the state government.

Yogi said that the MP-MLAs should give wide publicity to the new industrial policies of the state government. Discussion should be organized among the youth in local universities/ colleges/ polytechnics/ ITIs. People’s representatives should participate in these programmes.

He said that the people’s representatives should keep inspecting the development projects being implemented in the area. These schemes are helpful in building the image of the local public representatives. People’s representatives will have to contribute in ensuring quality and timeliness.

Said that for the protection of destitute cows, three schemes are going on at the state government level for construction of destitute cow-shelter sites, participation scheme, and providing cows to malnourished families. People’s representatives should take interest and publicize these schemes. Elite families should also be motivated towards cow rearing. Try to connect farmers with cow-based natural farming.

Said that the cooperation of every public representative is necessary in the management of destitute cattle. Bareilly can present a model in this direction. It would be appropriate to develop a big shelter instead of small cow shelters. It will be useful from the point of view of management.

He said that the construction of Bharat Ratna revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical College in Balrampur is in the final stage. After the construction of this college, there will be great convenience for the people of Balrampur district and those adjacent to the Nepal border.

Yogi said that Tulsipur has the sacred abode of Maa Pateshwari. A large number of devotees visit here throughout the year. There is a need for a bus station here. He required the development of funeral places in the villages. Similarly, there is a need for renovation of bus stations in the towns.
