Former Australia captain Ricky Ponting has said that India’s legendary batsman Virat Kohli will have to find a solution to his batting problem himself.

Ricky Ponting has described Virat Kohli as a great batsman. Ricky Ponting, stating the reason for questioning Virat Kohli’s form, said, “His not being in form in the Indian Premier League has raised a question on him, due to which he is facing trouble.”

Ponting further said, “The former captain was not looking in his form in the IPL. His not being in form this season has raised questions on him, where he has to face criticism from many legends. I am sure that as a batting specialist, he will work on his batting and will soon be back in cricket.

Karthik scored 330 runs in the IPL 2022 season at a strike rate of over 183. The 37-year-old player has made a strong claim to be included in India’s T20 World Cup squad.
